JT, Mihatt's given you the headlines so you know the when and where but there are three threads with information scattered through them: This one (obviously!) Gloucestershire Bash Dates Glos Bash Venue If you need any more information, drop me a PM because I'm quite local to the bash venue and Downtown Nailsworth. My services are free but I have been known to make The Glenlivet disappear (close-up magic!) at the drop of a hat. Subtle hint:
Still waiting for more TOGs to confirm attendance. Your post seems to suggest that there is an Uptown Nailsworth. Stroud IS Downtown Naislworth

Can anyone recommend a "Penny Hang" where a full up brummie might rest his fuzzie head overnight?
I am only a wee fella so a broom cupboard will do :-)

I am only a wee fella so a broom cupboard will do :-) McDumplin Dump, Here's some of the local options: The Amberley Inn (in Amberley village) - very comfortable but expensive £96 for a single/double. www.theamberley.co.uk/The Egypt Mill (Nailsworth) - extremely comfortable and £75 for a single & £80 for a double. www.egyptmill.com/Jubilee Cottage (Nailsworth) www.jubilee-cottage.co.uk/ - looks lovely but we haven't stayed there. £35 for a single & £45 for a double Adam

Luke, the duty manager, has made a plea for as many pre-orders as possible as it will be a very busy Easter Saturday lunchtime at the Amberley.
Over the next fortnight, please PM me with your choices if possible and I'll collate them and pass them onto the Amberley. If you can't, please understand that there is a risk of slow service for any meal not pre-ordered. Don't shoot the messenger!
Anybody who fancies an evening Glosbash extension at the Weighbridge (best pies and beer in the world), let me know very soon so I can book a table or three. The alternative for that is the Passage to India - one of the best places for Bangladeshi and Kashmiri food I know (it's in the Good Curry Guide)
Please remember it's Easter Weekend. If we don't book, we won't get in!!
Anything else you need to know - PM me.
Adam

I may be sticking to bar nibbles. No I don't mean I'm gonna be chewing the woodwork, I was thinking of crisps, nuts and pork scratchings at lunch time. I may eat later though but to be honest I carry enough weight not to worry about eating every day.

If I knew what a PM was I'd let someone know I'll be there - along with hubby.
Interesting bit about how we will recognise each other.
Perhaps we should all try to look like our little picturey thingys!

Try it on me and tell me what you'd like me to book for your lunch!! I think we will all recognise each other - driving or walking around slowly, looking lost and confused, and stopping for no particular reason!

Thanks for your help Adam
I have attempted to send you a "PM" with my food order for the Glos Bash!
I shall attend, emergencies excepted, with my hubby(or Tubby Hubby to give him his full name!)
If anyone there sees me let me know so I know I'm in the right place.
I will try the RAC for a route map.
If all else fails, we'll just go to the bar. Whatever else fails, I can always smell the red vino!!

I thought you said this was a party, Adam; not a trip to a flaming supermarket. Just a description of classic TOG modus operandi, in or out of a supermarket. Basket cases are expected plus some off their trolley, to keep your theme going.....
