There is only one London Underground station that has all five vowels in it.
What is it?
(see how clever you are this time MMP)

You are far too clever, Mary.
So what about the Mackerel name and London Underground
How many London Underground Stations can you find without using any of the letters in the word
MACKEREL

But then we know that you had a very sheltered upbringing, Mary, and you were just as sweet, kind and thoughtful then, as you are now without every having a nasty thought about anyone except ............

You did say cheating, so I left the "E" off the front.

I've actually forgotten what the other one was - no wonder I'm a tog but I seem to remember that it's cheating because either St or St was used - for Saint or Street!!
My brain hurts too much - you youngsters have a go

And there's another London Underground station that has all five vowels in it, as well as Mansion House.
What is it?
(I hope I don't forget, so someone choose it quickly, please)

Is it Paddington Underground Station

Post by revmichael on Jun 21, 2006 19:33:52 GMT
Is it Paddington Underground Station Nope. It just says, Paddington on the Undergroud station and there is no station called Cutty Sark, and Euston Station is just called Euston. There is still one London Underground station that has on its board this name - with all five vowels in it. Keep trying - and look on your underground maps (do you have one out there in Spain, Mary - or perhaps Smiffy has one in Australia, or kiwigirl in NZ)
