I have spent an hour or two weeding, with all the rain and warm weather, they are growing like Triffids. Now you would think that weeds are my biggest problem in the garden, not, wrong!!
PMS, decided a few weeks ago, to pot up some Laurel suckers, which stayed on the lawn for a whole week, before he decided to move them when mowing. Where did he put them? On one of the flower beds. I asked him at the time, to move them somewhere else, but no, today I have discovered that they have remained put. Also, they were placed on top of some plants which now, have kinks in them.
MEN!! Don't you just love 'em?

My biggest problem in my new plot are mare's tails. I used to have a plot with brambles in, and I still have a few of them.
I also have a problem with the weather. It has stopped me digging my plots so I have rows of plants on my windowsill but haven't been able to go over to the allotment.
Laurel suckers sound evil! Turning good plants kinky!

Ground elder - and what really gets to me is that it is not native - it was introduced by the Romans. They should have stuck with straight roads, broad beans and chianti!

Mine is the blooming stray cat which uses the same path to cut across the lawn to the house and has now worn a line in the grass.

We have noticed that 'Cyril', is back for his nuts! He is leaving huge excavations, and the empty nut shells. He could clear up after himself. |

bindweed is my biggest problem, it gets everywhere and while the flowers are very pretty it's a (insert rude word of your choice  ) to get out. last year it took over the fence, so this year I am determined to keep it down. OH yes and the squirrel that buried it's peanuts in the tray of bedding plants that had been on the patio for 24 hours. happy days Rose. |

My biggest problem in my garden is Vinca which I just don't seem to be able to get rid of, so I have now given up and let it grow everywhere with the occasional pruning.  |

Biggest annoyance is certainly whatever has eaten the leaves of both of my ligularias...
Biggest problem is some sweet woodruff that has gone mad and invasive - needs digging up.

Chickens decided to try and dig up one of our nice new fruit trees. Threatened them with the pot and they soon stopped.

I have spent all day in the garden today and am zonked out! I would say my greatest problem in the garden is either: a) applying sunscreen and then getting compost on my arms  or b) all that bending down to plant things |

I would agree with you, Tigger.
I rarely realise how much I have done until it comes to climbing the stairs to our second floor flat - that's when my knees give out!

The biggest problem in my garden is usually me... I'm totaly useless..
More a case of plant it and hope. Altough i have got rather good at mowing the lawn. and digging.
but as for identifying plants from weeds... Dont even go there, complete wash out.
BBQ's...Very good at them!!!

I garden in pots around 100 of them i have shrubs and tree's +climbers that stay all year the rest are planted up each autumn and spring.
My real problem is vine weevil although i treat for it you never get rid of it altogether.
They make a satisfying crunch when stood on though.
