Candy let us know nearer the day and we will tie up with you. I can always wear dark glasses so nobody recognises me near a caravan

I'm now booked into the same Caravan site as Candy for the May Day Bank Holiday! Glen That's just reminded me. In the earlier days of Togs a few of us had caravans and we met up several times for carabashes. We had really good times, and I'm sure you will with Candy and the PMM. Ava xxx

I was talking about those carabashes to a friend of mine last night!
The one in Derbyshire was the first time I met you, ELI, Stuppy, MMP, My Alan, Dawn and Juan & all your Tygs. Then the one in the Lake District where I got lost and we all ended up in that pub, wearing the funny hats (Nooooo the pub didn't wear funny hats we did!!)
Innocent times......... *sighs*
It was great fun. Glen & Candy I hope you have as good a time as we did.
Love Sheil x

I'm not entirely sure the caravan club are ready for Glen and ourselves on site at the same time but they coped with four AA vans and a truck last time I was there so anything else should be child's play.
Hopefully the pub has recovered as it had a great outdoor seating area which served as a stage for the great balloon man or Smiglet as he is sometimes known.
*thinks - better track that one down and check*

Thanks Phil, the Transport Museum is already a must.
I really don't want to go to Tardegigge again though - last time I was there I ended up dragging 20-odd tons of working boat most of the way down*!

*Well, they did feed me hay and call me Neddie in those days

Did you discover Beckett's Farm Shop and Restaurant last time Candy? I think we passed it but didn't get to call in, probably something to do with all the AA men I had that weekend.
Will mark it in the book for this time - Ta.
Oh and will be in touch nearer the time.

Oh and will be in touch nearer the time. Are you sure you do not want to re-phrase that? What and spoil all the fun??? There were in total 4 AA men in attendance over the course of the weekend - honest. I think I got greedy. ps Becketts comment noted
