We have 3 wheelie bins here ....a green topped one, a black topped one and a brown topped one *sigh* Green topped one is for paper, cardboard, tins and milk cartons Brown topped one is for garden waste and glass Black topped one is for everything else They get emptied fortnightly, black one one week then green AND brown the following week We have had the brown topped one for a year and have only needed it emptied twice Soon we will need another garden JUST to put the wheelie bins in ... I sling all my bags over the garden fence into the neighbours garden. As she is is in her 90's and hardly mobile I do not anticipate any repercussions. The big bonus is, it keeps the flies well away from my place.

Well it wasn't me but we seem to have a politician amongst us and you know what they're like Yes, they nick wheelie bins! I hear you converted yours to a one bedroom flat.
