Did anyone else watch the Grand PRix Masters on Sunday?
Niggle Mainsail was his old self behind the wheel winning a cracking race - take note Mr Ecclescake this is Motorsport as it should be

I certainly saw it. If you can be bothered, have a listen to my comments on it at: www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/Click on 'Listen again' then click 'Wake up to Wogan'. Use the forward wind buttons to go ahead 1 hour 40 minutes, let Shania finish warbling (sadly you have to put up with a few mins of her) and at 1hr 42:29 there you go ! Rob Sinfield.

And there was me, thinking this was a link for some justified naggling, flouncing and general curmugeonliness !
Didn't see Nigel's race, but heard about it through news online....did they interview old Nige' after, and did he reply in that same monotous tone he always did?

Well done to him and Fittipaldi (52 and 58 respectively), not bad for TOGS!

Yep And there was Patrick Tambay, Derek Warwick, Eddy Cheever, Andrea De Cesaris, Hans Stuck among others - great shame Alan Jones had to pull out of it - he could probably give Niggle a run for his money.
Just a thought - if they are all TOGS shouldn't they have been wearing flat caps instead of crash helmets and shouldn't they have at least one race towing caravans or have a pit stop with a flask of tea and sandwiches?
