Not sure if this will work but here goes anyway. The crossword works in a grid 5 squares by 5 squares. 1 across starts from the top left square and 3 down starts from the top right square, and i hope this will be enough for you to get on with. 1 across - Protective covering for wood or metal (5) 4 across - A support or to be upright (5) 6 across - A wizard of Oz character was of this (3) 2 down - Against (4) 3 down - Neat (4) 5 down - An insect that lives in colonies (3) You will have to colour out unused squares. There you go, if you decide to try it, have fun ;D

Do we try to answer a clue at a time or do you want us to come up with the whole thing? xx

Try the whole thing, probably best to draw the grid on a scrap bit of paper but feel free to put any answers up.

Well you don't want it too easy do you? However even with knowing the answers i accept that it may be difficult with out at least a couple of letter counts. If your really stuck let me know and i will stick them on.

OK here goes.
Slighty harder still the Same 5 x 5 grid. this time number 1-5 across the top and A-E down the side.
Blank out squares B1, C1, D1, D2, B3, B5, E4.
Into square A1 put the letter 'B'. Into square C2 put 'M'. Into square C5 put 'D'. Into square D4 put 'P' and into square E3 put the letter 'T'.
The remaining empty squares are to be filled with words which will use the following letters.
R S A O H A O H E S U I N
I will give you one clue to help out.
This is the clue for one of the words.
A place to buy.
Probably sounds - and reads - a lot more complicated then it is. Let me know how you get on.
;D
