Matthew 6:34 (King James Version)
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
I find this verse a great help especially when I worry what tomorrow might bring. What God is telling us here is that there is enough in one day to think about so why drag tomorrow into it as well.

You just have to take it one step at a time and pray you get it right in the end.
