Great Information, but what do I do with it! If you have any sense (which, considering that you are here, seems unlikely) you will forget it at once.

ROFLMAO - If you don't understand what that is; then as either of your 30 year olds and they can ask their younger siblings.

Still feel a newbie though I am still a Newbie, according to Lord L. Everyone knows his word is undisputed. By me, atleast. I am his apprentice.

Have you talked to a Mod about Hotlinking yet?
I would if I were you.
(By the way - I'm being serious...for a change)

Ivy told me about this a while back.
I'm not sure exactly what it is but it's roughly this.
Do not use an avatar that isn't from photobucket etc. because if you use an avatar directly copied from someone elses website it costs them money. Also, you have to make sure the photobucket avatar you're using isn't copyrighted because this is illeagal.
Or somnething along those lines. But it's best just to PM one of the mods and ask them about it.

Another reason to use photobucket or another similar site rather than just link to some other site where you saw a picture you liked to use (bbc for example) is that you have no control of that image - they may remove it. Also the picture of their site might be quite a big piccy (a couple of Mb in size), although this site shows them as a little piccy, it is still a couple of Mb that is having to be downloaded each time you open a thread with that piccy in it.
