I made these for my class the other day and they were absolutely lovely. The recipe I used can be found here: www.gourmetbritain.com/recipes_entry.php?item=355and I did the mixing, kneading and proving using the dough setting on my bread machine, so only had to roll out the dough and spread the filling over it, roll up and slice! Very yummy! B xx
