I am presuming that they are weeds? Has it or will it flower?

Lucky you! It's probably the fruiting body of Arum maculatum - the Arum Lily, Lords and Ladies or Cuckoopint. It's a wild flower, but not one I'd call a weed - the flowers are not everyone's idea of lovely, but I think they're beautiful. Don't be tempted to taste the fruits - they're poisonous. Alternatively, it could be a Zantedeschia that's escaped back into the wilds. Either way, if you want to keep it, it, like any other lily, grows from a corm, so it's easily transferred to a pot. There's more info here.

I am presuming that they are weeds? Has it or will it flower? There are lots of these growing in the woodlands in the grounds at work - I do work in lovely surroundings!
