Philippe and I have just returned from a week spent in this cottage.
In a word? FABULOUS! Nurse Gladys has thought of absolutely everything (even providing such things as kitchen foil and Clingfilm), and all you need to take is your toothbrush, toothpaste and a flannel ... oh, alright, and clothes if you don't want to be too smelly. ;D
Highly recommended by a pair of highly discerning travellers, and the countryside of North Yorkshire is stunning.
Bea xx
P.S. The only disappointment? Not a Wimble to be seen anywhere!

Are there any Wombles there doing the cleaning up?

Are there any Wombles there doing the cleaning up? Not only did we not see a Wimble, but we didn't see a single Womble either!! ;D

We had another grand week in Wombelton last month ... thought we'd catch Gladys out by having a pizza one evening ~ nope, there was a pizza-cutting wheel, too!! ;D
Thanks, Gladys ~ looking forward to our third visit.
xx Bea & Philippe xx
