:-*I rang the hotline this morning as soon as I hauled myself out of bed and gave some money dedicated to all you lovely TOGs who have made me so welcome here in the last 2 weeks. He didn't read it out but that didn't matter. The fact that I now have sunken eyes, permanent shoulder ache and show all the signs of serious addiction is my own stupid fault! I must admit that I did shed a tear when Tel played Old dogs and children and watermelon wine for Pauly. I still feel so sad when I see his lovely face every time I come here, and when Tel plays stuff that he particularly liked.

Hi Betty, Well done you, you are a star and the TOGs are privileged to be able to count you as one of their number. Tel did a great job yesterday, as he has all week. I like the Friday best because the "little" people (those on a normal budget) can take part. What a result from Radio 2 listeners, and especially the Dawn Patrollers and the TOGs & TYGs!! As you said, Betty, "Lovely TOGs".

Hey! Who are 'you lovely Togs'? You are togs too! We are all one big family of lovely togs. Some of us may have been around longer than others, but that doesn't make us any better than you. Without newbies this site would get to be very stale, so give yourselves a big pat on the back! xx

Oh, I do feel better now! Yes, Choppy (friends?), that's the one. Who sings it? I do know, but it's slipped through that grille that lies at the bottom of my brain and gets bigger every year!
