I hate the blinking stuff, but I find it theraputic pulling it out when the soil is damp. Am I mad?

I used to think it was something like ground almonds - you know, a powdery substance.
But I think I must be wrong as it seems to be a horrible creeping thing.

Apparently, ground elder is another thing the Romans did for us - they used to grow it to use the young leaves like spinach - don't fancy it myself. So blame the Romans Janglers
