I was just stood in the kitchen pouring myself a G&T when I noticed that my Magnolia is starting to bloom again!
I have absolutely no idea why but I do love my Magnolia so I am getting double dibbs from it this year!

On the way home last night, I spotted another one flowering again in another garden. I wonder if Leigh-on-sea has become a parallel Magnolia universe?

On the way home last night, I spotted another one flowering again in another garden. I wonder if Leigh-on-sea has become a parallel Magnolia universe? I noticed this last year when our magnolia and the neighbours had a second wind.
We drastically pruned it this year so nothing so far but the neighbours is flowering again...must be the weather I guess.

My Viburnum is in blossom and that's not usually until January. It's been going out of sync for a few years now. It still blossoms in january as well.
