I have just had a stroll around the grounds in the lovely winter sunshine and noticed that my apple tree appears to have buds on it.
I was thinking about giving a prune in the next few weeks or so.
Also two clematis ( clematii ??) flowering at the moment that usually show their faces around March time as well as other little bits and pieces still in flower.
They will get a shock if ol' Jack Frost comes around !!
Stupid climate...

I know just what you mean Bhutto - I still have bedding plants flowering!
It seems heartless to pull them up when they are determined to keep going. Even the sweet peas are still flowering!
We've had a couple of hard frosts in the last week, so I expect I'll be able to give it all a good sort out in the next couple of weeks.
Sooooz xxxx

I've got Sweet William, Roses and Cinneraria flowering still. But Mr Jack Frost has been about recently so don't know how much longer they'll showing their blooms.
