I went to my plot today, with the sun shining and the weather warm.
This is the list of things I did. You will see that I have spaced it out to look like I achieved more.
Hoed around the rhubarb and asparagus Dug half a bed for the next seedlings to be transferred into *improved* the soil with a bag of compost Planted a two rows of parsnip seeds Planted one row of broccoli seeds Went to the garden centre bought more compost and more seeds went back to the plot and planted radish seeds planted onion/spring onion seeds
Was getting cold by this time, so climbed into my car to look at the next lot of seeds to grow, whereupon it started spitting with rain. I decided to go home. Since then it has rained persistently and heavily.
I call that timing!

i've potted on some onion and leek seedlings today, i've got some healthy looking cabbage plants, today i planted some radish seeds. I'm keeping my eyes on the other seed trays they seems to be slow to germinate this year. think i may have just seen the start of a sprout on my spuds which are in an old compost sack in the corner of the greenhouse though
