I don't know why I didn't think of this ages ago, but, if you fancy trying something new, the Australian Women's Weekly recipe search is well worth a look. Come to think of it, anyone with any special dietary needs could find somthing they fancy in the AWW. The recipes are generally very simple, with easy to follow instructions and often use innovative combinations of ingredients. (What's now referred to as fusion food was effectively founded by AWW devotees.) The results are usually as close to the piccies as anyone could wish - I think I've had one failure since I got my first AWW cookbook *mumbles* years ago. A few of the ingredients are a bit difficult to source, especially fish, which can always be substituted with local catches, and Asian vegetables, which means tracking down an Asian greengrocer or again substituting local stuff. Enjoy! xx

Thanks Fi, when you are not a vegetarian yourself, it is hard to think of something different for the family veggie, this site will be very useful.

Hi Fi, and Dear Choppy Barnsley Chop
Yep agree the AWW Gluten-Free (GF) recipe booklet is very good with some imaginative recipes. Most of the GF ingredients are freely available and a Chinese supermarket will supply the rest. The vegetarian recipes are good, meat ones Ok, the fish? well needs much substition.
