I went to the plot today and my poor beans! The leaves were looking very yellow, so I decided to water all the plants. We have soily sand, so it can often get very dry.
I heard what sounded like thunder in the distance and sure enough, after an hour or so it started to rain.
I was determined to get my kale, this months succession of lettuce and some oregano in, so I was there, in the rain, planting stuff. I actually enjoyed.
I think this proves that I am a tog.

Was there ever any doubt? *grins* What sort of beans are they? Yellowing of the leaves in some types is due to a lack of essential trace elements, rather than a lack of water. However, if they are runner beans or french beans, then water is all that's needed.
