i know i shouldn't want to but..
i am absolutely petrified of them, however i seem to have several lurking in my borders.
this is partly the reason why i have put raised beds in for veg, to stop them getting under potatoes and completely throwing me into hyperventilation
anyway, is there anyway of detering them? (much the same vein as the cats thread i did previous!)
i know they are good for slugs etc, but, as i just burst into tears when they appear under a load of leaves/foliage/weeds etc its not helping me enjoy my gardening!
help!

I have no ideas about deterring frogs that do not include some sort of cruelty. As you rightly say, they are a gardener's friends, so it seems a shame to want to be rid of them. However, I would have thought that since this phobia is causing such an impact on your life, it may be worthwhile asking your GP about geting treatment on the NHS. This website lists the treaments available, but you may prefer to investigate other forms of treatment such as hypnotherapy. If you google for - phobias treatment - in UK websites there are lots of options. Good luck!
