.. ah, well (before Flaggers gets TOO excited), what I mean is... I'll share the recipe!
I have just had the most scrummy, warming, one-pot thingy.
Low fat - healthy - quick.
½ red onion - sliced finely 8 button sprouts - cut into 2 or 3 1 carrot - sliced 3 broccoli florets - cut into smaller bits 5 closed cup mushrooms - quartered handful of petit pois ½ apple - diced 1 tin lentil soup (I used Tesco but any brand you like) 1½ tsps medium curry powder
Put the onions into a pan with a little boiling water to soften. Add rest of fruit and veg Sprinkle curry powder over veg and stir in until all coated Add tin of soup, plus about ¼ tin of boiling water Stir well while heating - leave to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Serves 1 greedy guts, or makes 2 meals. Will serve more if accompanied by rice or 'tatoes.
