Another one that came to my notice recently is seesaw.com but remember these are streaming services, so will eat into any download allowances you have.
Seesaw also includes things from the archives, there are a few surprises in there and you don't have to register.

How will I know when I've exceeded it ??

Depends on your ISP - some will send you a gentle note, others might restrict your speed or send you a bill - it depends on who you are with and what package you are on etc. It's worth having a look at your T's&C's. Remember, even "unlimited" packages are subject to "fair use" policies which are generally fair to the ISP, not the customer
