Loads - but I'll need some guidance as to your likes and dislikes, maybe number of people involved and as Mel mentioned, how much time you want spend on it.

Corned beef hash : 1 tin corned beef, cubed Potatoes, cubed Carrots, sliced finely Onion, diced Put onion into large deep frying pan and fry gently until clear ..then add all the other ingredients fry gently for a couple of minutes add water to just cover all ingredients Add seasonings/flavourings. I use tomato puree, worcester sauce , bovril and black pepper Cover and simmer for as long as you want, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking Serve with fresh crusty bread We tend to have it fairly liquid as it is scrummy as a soup/stew Cheap and cheerful as well as very tasty

Chicken en croute for 4
Ingredients
4 boned skinned chicken breasts 8 rashers smoked streaky bacon (streatched with the back of a knife) Filo pastry Garlic butter
Method
Put oven on electric 220. I think that maybe number 5 gas but am not sure
Place chicken breast around garlic butter,
Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around parcel, (1 one way, the other crosswise), keeping the package as tight as possible
Place chicken wrapped bacon in the middle of some filo pastry (approx 5 inches 5 inches), bring 4 corners in to form parcel
Complete this with rest of breasts. Place on greased baking tray, with joined sides down. Brush with milk and cook for approx 25 mins.
Enjoy!
